Just to introduce myself to the community & members who have'nt met me yet, my name is Chris aka Hollywood. I've owned my S for almost a yr an a half. Since day one, I've been involved with attending & organizing meets behind the scenes in conjunction with Paul (pawpaw504) & the help of other members. Only reason why I ran for CO is because it was believed that the current CO was not living up to the standards outlined for a CO. Due to my active status & popularity within the community, I decided to run.
I believe a key part in being a successful CO is the relationships created with the community & owners. Iam well-liked amongst the group & favored for the CO position. I bring enthusiasm for the S2000 to the table & believe I can bring a fresh new vision for the club as well. I feel the new & young future owners owners of this GREAT automobile can relate to me as well.
And to be honest, not much will change. Only thing that will change is a CO will actually be more involved with organizing activities & playing a more supporting role for Paul, which is what I've always done with the help of many other members. The CO is just a title. It wont change the way I've always done things in the community. I have many things planned for our S2KREWE. Whether Im CO or not, I will proceed with it. Thanks for the support guys & sorry for my half ass/ on the fly speech. Im at work LOL
