I just tried to become a paying member through the links listed with no success. When you get to the part about "how mailed" to which I answered "regular mail" and to the "how paying", to which I answered "by check", it then asks you to "continue". Having done so, I then got an error message saying it could not proceed because of "invalid or missing state/province/county". Well, I can't do more than Arkansas as the state, or Arkansas/Columbia as state/county. When I do either of those, it still rejects my attempt to join up, with the same error message. What am I doing wrong here?

I had that problem too but it finally took it when I put in the correct abbreviation for my province. Try the correct abbr. for your state.
