I've been trying to start an s2k club here for over a year and a half, and no one from Louisiana was interested. WTF!

I even wrote to cthree back then about getting our own section on the forum, but why when no one was interested?

Well better late than never I guess.

I'm definitely in for meets etc. I'm a member of a couple of other clubs and CENLA SCCA autocross. We've got an autocross coming up on sunday feb 23.

Anyone want to me anytime, I'm always interested in meeting fellow s2k owners. I just haven't met any real entusiasts yet (just some people who probably never check their oil).

I've recently put some rims on my car, and it's lowered with cleared headlights. If anyone here in Baton Rouge, New Orleans, or Lafayette wants cleared lights, contact me.

yea thats me. im in tx. BUT i always make it down to new orleans a couple times a yr,,,,just got back in fact. met some of genghis's friends and also met wankel. me and a bunch of peeps are going to be back for mardi gras this year. you goin?

 

Definitely be there for fat tuesday and the weekend before, I'll be VIP all over (compliments of my father), and may have some extra passes. Would love to meet you and the other s2k peeps anytime you're in town or vise versa. I'm actually in NO about every other weekend.

Actually I'm from Dallas. I lived there for 6 years, lived in North Dallas , and schooled in Plano. I'm thinking of making a trip sometime in a couple of months up there to see some old friends, but it'll probably be after mardi gras.

You know, you're car could be prettier, if you cleared those headlights. There's a great informative thread with step by step. But you definitely make the car better lookin'.

 

HAHAHAHAHa actually ive been thinking about doing that. funny you should mention. but i dont want to bother any of my guy friends to do it. and what exactly is the newest process these days? just sending the whole dealio to rick? is that how you did yours or did you buy something else? im not on the up and up apparently.
