WOOT!
i'm movin to conway!
i'm leasing a duplex on mitchell st. like 5 blocks from uca and like 3 blocks from the interstate... huge back yard and new hardwood floors and the landlord lives right next door. it's 650/mo. and 500 deposit and i've got a potential roomate who's like 80% but that 20% kinda makes me uneasy... also, no covered parking but i'm gettin a truck too so i might just leave the S at my parent's house here in heber and use the S as a weekend/special occasion vehicle. it's hella expensive on insurance too so that'll help me out having a truck as my dd instead of the S.
which brings up a question: does anyone know about "storage insurance" cuz it will technically be stored here at my parent's but occasionally driven. i'm wondering if a "situation" happened if insurance will cover me (like on the road in town or somthin)
but i'm really excited about moving and getting out of this little rinky-dink town and into a much bigger area with more opportunities for someone my age.

I know when I was deployed I had dropped my insurance down to something that was called storage coverage but it only covered it as long as something fell on it or it was flooded. Not really for any accidents. Check with your agent they would be the ones to really tell you.

well guess i'm not goin to conway... the ad in the paper when i looked at it 2 weeks ago said pets ok and i talked with tha guy and stuff and everything seemed cool...
tonite when i looked in the paper at the same ad and now it says pets ok-NO PIT BULLS! just like that. and since i think the guy is just looking for a reason not to rent to me anyways, i'm just not gonna worry about it. i was starting to get a little sketchy about the whole situation anyways so i think now is just not the time. i don't have much money and definately not enough to get me by until i get a job there so i'm just gonna call it off.
it's all good though. god's got other plans for me right now. better plans. i'll move when i know the time is right.

Also just a piece of worthless information... I had a friend that went to school in conway.
