Looking for some pictures of the factory road flare that comes in the car. I've been going crazy looking for some info on it!

Where does it mount? or Where does it go?
How may come with the car?
How can I get one sent to me here in the U.S.?

It mounts in the passenger foot well high up against the external side of the car. You only get one with the car.

I wouldn't have thought that you would be allowed to send them to the US because of the danger of them going of in transit ........ ??

I will try to get you a picture of the fitting and the flare over the weekend .....

 

Ever noticed that the flare gets kicked sometimes from passengers getting in the car? I have to reposition it after it gets dislodged. Looks like it will fall off.

 

You guys get a road flare?

 

It's pretty small, about the size of large whiteboard marker pen. All Japanese car's have them. I have only seen one used once when there was an accident. Pretty effective in the dark.

All JDM cars get one. Factory security feature for all makes. Since I want to build my S as close to JDM as possible I was looking to import the mirrors and the road flare.
