Hello to those in Japan, or with connections in Japan.

Would any members in Japan or with family/business connections there be interested in shipping used JDM OE forged S2000 wheels to the US. If so, how much do they sell for and what would it cost to get them here? There seems to be a market for them here. Auto crossers like me would even take lightly curbed wheels if the damage was purely cosmetic. If there is a reasonable supply available, we could try to organize a group buy.

Not sure what the supply would be like here. I wouldn't have thought it would be that great since the forged BBS alloys are an option on the JDM models, meaning that if people were going to change to another type of wheel they probably would just stick with the standard wheel when buying the car ..... (does that sentence make sense ???)

As an option I think they cost Y250,000 (US$2,000) extra over the standard wheels. Guess you would be looking at US$3,500 + new plus shipping ........

How does the JDM rims look? Sorry but I haven't seen them yet.

 

this car has the optional BBS wheels, the normal JDM look same as US spec.

"BBS TK-SPORTS VERSION" I have these on mine which is a Japanese import.

The look quite like the CTR wheels.

BBS may be able to source them in the US ?
