Ryu 龍 = dragon
Tatsu/Ryu 竜 = dragon as well
Ryu is used often as a name, in whole or as a part of a name (ex: Ryuji).
Ryu has a bunch of other kanji associated with it, including 流 = flow/style, and others, but they need to be used with other kanji for it to fully make sense. Hope that made sense
