Picked up Black Ops at 12:01AM on Tuesday, played for 6 straight hours. Slept. Woke up. Worked. Repeated same gaming regime until last night.
I haven't consumed so much Red Bull in my life.

Hmm, I think it's time to get a PS3 with GT5 on the way.
Might have to shelve the xbox for a while..
What's the best place to get a PS3 cheap? New would be best.
And also, how's the hyperdrive cockpit's driving position? Hows the pedal positioning and shifter position? Is the side mount shift position better than the 'front mount' next to the steering wheel? Side mount seems pretty far back and far from the wheel..

^ I brought the basic hyperdrive, then found out it was to flimsy weak and the plastic seat was crap, I've welded more bits of metal to it to make it stronger and mounted a bucket seat, I welded the shifter lower and more to the left, in the end i think it cost me around $500, frame being around 200, seat around 150, then all the other bits and peices, so you might aswell buy a ready made one for around $600 and save yourself the time and hassle of building your own, unless you have the bits and peices to make one. When i was looking for one there wasnt so many choices now there is...

Interesting - I think I might DIY a frame with wood and bolt a seat on. Couldn't be that hard - woodwork was a better subject at school 
Picked up my PS3 with black ops, NFS shift, FIFA 10 and a HDMi from JB HiFi for $599 today - I got the second last copy of Black ops the store had left (having received another delivery 45mins before I arrived).
A friend and I are both after the G27 but I have no idea where to get it for the best price. Is it possible to find it for less than $420 picked up (that's the cheapest I've found which seems pretty good)? Should I pull the trigger ?
