i do cook and clean ... what a package !!!

would love to cook for you guys, however , i am bokoed out with dinner parties for about 2 months solid !

here are a few of my signiture dishes. ..

thai beef salad


chilli king prawn and mango salad


chilli mud crab with XO noodles




for fathers day , i cooked for my immediate family the following ..

soft shelf crab with green mango salsa.


pork belly stuffed with appricots,macadamia and breadcrumbs , served with roast veggies and mash and saukrat


dessert was choc chip brownies and walnuts + toblerone choc sauce .
