Long sigs

Long sigs

Had a request from up high to restrict the size of sigs.

Sigs should not take up anymore than 90 pixels (4cm) vertical space.

If you have a long sig please shorten it.

I turned off display of sigs the moment I signed up. Only see them when I browse from someone else's computer.
