HUGPWR on some old (60s -70s) American muscle car that had clearly had some work done to it. The rear arches were tubbed and it had fairly serious rubber.

Anyhow, I digress, I guess the plates mean huge power and it probably did have a faily decent power plant, however I had to giggle thinking about a big american muscle car running on "hug power". Feel the love.
