If any of you are keen golfers and you wander up to our wonderful Gold Coast region, post a thread that you are visiting and I would be happy to arrange a round if I can. That'd go for anyone visiting from O/S too.

Bring plenty of golf balls.

What the hell, if the Turkey man visits, I'd be happy to buy him a beer.

Wish you'd posted this a few weeks ago.

I was in Coolum for the Aus day long weekend.

I popped down to meet Muz on the way home.

Oow, a couple of nasty low blows there guys.

Dunno about denial but I do know there's more to life than walk in the park whilst trying to take out your pent up frustration on a little white ball.

Your frustrations no doubt come about from the weather

The brilliant weather we have been having down in Melbourne means I have now hit 4 months straight without having to put the roof up. I understand the relative numbers in Queensland and NSW are 4 minutes and 4 hours respectively .

Now that was really low! Who would believe that Melbourne would have better weather than us! Sad but true of late though!

Ummm, ditto

Oh, and one point your missing is that the most frustrating thing known to man is that little white ball's resistance to going in the little hole.

Once you are faced with that level of frustration, all others pale in comparison.

Hmmm, try a golf club (sorry - couldn't help it )

My biggest problem is findng time to get a game. It was raining on Sunday and the GF was OS, so I thought I'd head out to the driving range. There was a 30 minute wait. Seems every frustrated golfer was there to get their fix.
