Default JDM Nav bezel

I have the JDM Navigation Bezel and will be installing it in my dash. Before I take to my $700 dash with a buzz saw I am interested in any pictures or specifications anyone might have with regards to it's positioning.

I remember there was a Melbourne owner that had a JDM S with the navigation unit. I would be grateful for any pictures taken from the centre of the car or from behind. I'd also like to know the distance in MM from the instrument cluster.

Anyone who has photos please post them up.

Here's mine:

Oh, it scares me plenty. I've posted in the Dash Cutting Club thread but they are LHD and custom bezels so it doesn't really count. I would love to crawl over a JDM S with nav for 10 minutes.

If i was cutting it out i would take the whole dash out to see where those tabs are. There should be some indication inside the dash as to where you are supposed to cut..

I don't think so. There is a separate dash for the Nav system. I don't think you're supposed to modify a normal one.

I do have something of a plan. I'm going tomake a thin outline mold from the edge of the bezel and see where it fits on the dash. Then cut inside of this. I will document.
