I am stuck on Level 15 too. Well, it says 14 on the page, but the page is actually called 'Level 15 ...'

Any ideas?

Have you never done one of these chicken?

jobodo, you have to look at the different parts of the picture

Highlight the hint above. If you've made it past 14 you're on the right track.

Don't be tooooo cryptic Austblue. I've been stuck on this level for ages and what I've learnt getting past 14 doesn't seem to apply here.
