Default Shell does the dodgy

Was filling up at Shell the other day and grabbed the green "Unleaded 95" pump, the same exact pump I've used heaps of times. Was about to start pumping and then I thought wait a minute, did I see something different? So I looked again and the green pump has a little orange sticker next to it warning that the fuel contains ethanol. Hmmm, the green pump is now "Unleaded E10".

So that's dodgy number one, they should have used a different colour for a new fuel.

Dodgy number two is the pricing, the E10 was 104 when other stations were selling standard unleaded for 104. Shell's standard unleaded was 108!

So just a heads up for those that are used to grabbing the green "Unleaded 95" pump to pay careful attention.

If I fill up at Shell, I put in Unleaded 95, which is 95RON and perfectly acceptable for an S2000.

Well the other night it was 104c for E10, 108c for unleaded and 120c for VPower, so 12c premium.

I think that's the same premium Mobil charge.

That's what makes Shell selling it for the same price as the station next door's unleaded even worse.
