The FIA released this morning the official entry list of the twelve outfits that were selected among the 22 applications made earlier this month.
Among those rejected are former Minardi owner Paul Stoddart, Japanese company Direxiv, and British F3 team Carlin Motorsport.
The 2008 FIA Formula One World Championship Entry List:

BMW Sauber F1 Team- Sauber BMW
Honda Racing F1 Team- Honda
MF1 Racing- MF1 TBA
Prodrive- Prodrive TBA
Red Bull Racing- RBR TBA
Renault F1 Team- Renault
Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro- Ferrari
Super Aguri F1 Team- Super Aguri Honda
Scuderia Toro Rosso- STR TBA
Panasonic Toyota Racing- Toyota
Vodafone McLaren Mercedes- McLaren Mercedes
TBA WilliamsF1 Team- TBA
Lots of engine supplier options out there based upon all those TBAs...

^ I hear DR is miffed because his expansion can't take place due to city by-laws. The old NIMBY rule playing a factor. He's battling with the mayor and local communities as the community do not want the added expansion as they claim it will generate more traffic congestion, while DR's argument is that it will bring in more jobs.. the debate will rage on
No surprise that Stoddart isn't allowed back in....lots of drama there.
He's worth quite a bit more than any of those other guys though....except Bernie, he's worth a cool 2.2billion euros...
