2007 Kimi to Ferrari
the same sources that said, Montoya to McLaren are now saying Kimi going to Ferrari for 2007. So i believe them..
schuey retires in 2006, leaving Kimi and Massa for 2007

I will believe it if and when it is made offical.
KR and R. Dennis have made it clear recently, that kimi wants to and loves Mclaren. And Mclaren has a lot more money to offer KR than Ferrari does, due to Ferrari losing budget.
I personally hope KR stays at Mclaren.
As far as 07 on goes.. FM must have a very good year in 06 to get his 1 yr contract extended.

What I would like to know is if there is a clause that MS has to be gone before KR will join...
I'm not so sure we can rule out MS in 2007. If he has a good season in '06 I think all the rumors and talk of him being gone in '07 are just that, talk and rumors.

okay .. okay.. you're getting warm.. I'll spill the rest..
supposedly the situation is MS finally going to McLaren for 2007.. Ron Dennis have always wanted to secure the German but never could..
but that's if certain things happen.. we'll see..
for now, i gotta use my resources to scope out MS's muskoka cottage.. (just 2 hours north of me)

Kimi would be a damn fool to leave McLaren IMHO. However, F1 contracts have lots of escape clauses these days, so it's quite possible he's signed a "what-if" contract that allows/requires Ferrari to buy him out from McLaren if McLaren doesn't give him a championship-winning car next year. Ferrari may also have promised him guaranteed "number one" status (assuming MS retires), which McLaren, as we know, will not. Kimi's probably not happy about being allowed to be beaten by JPM at Brazil.
As far as Massa, if he doesn't have a stellar season in 2006, then Ferrari will drop him like a bad habit in favor of Rossi or someone else for '07.
The wild card is MS -- you can bet your house that he'll retire a Ferrari driver, and that Ferrari will let him drive just as damn well long as he pleases. The only question is how long that will be.

Schumacher rules out swansong with McLaren
According to his agent Willi Weber
Seven-time World Formula One Champion Michael Schumacher has ruled out the possibility of ending his career with the McLaren team, his agent Willi Weber has told the German press.
Ferrari driver Schumacher has been competing in the shadows of Formula One's young guns Fernando Alonso, the new World Champion who drives for Renault, and McLaren's flying Finn Kimi Raikkonen.
Weber, who said 36-year-old Schumacher is likely to retire in 2008, told Wednesday's edition of Stuttgarter Nachrichten that rumours of a move to McLaren were simply that.
"Let's put an end to this rumour: I can categorically exclude (the possibility of) Michael Schumacher leaving Ferrari for McLaren-Mercedes," he said.
The rumour began because Schumacher had rejected a fresh contract from Ferrari.
"First of all, Michael is doing fine at Ferrari and secondly, his image is much more in line with Ferrari and their sport cars than Mercedes and their luxury cars."
He added: "I can't say for definite but it's likely that 2008 will be his final season."
