Money-wise I can't see Schumi going to Renault. Potential royalties with Ferrari HAVE to trump whatever Renault can pay.

Then again, money isn't everything and I'm sure Kimi takes up a LOT of space.

Bad move for Kimi imo. This is a wonderful chance for him to show the world that he can be better than Alonso by staying on the same team. Nevermind the fact that Ferrari is nowhere near as competitve as Maclaren is so he will be taking a few steps back.

I don't see schumi going to Renault at all.

Schumi signs new two-year deal with Ferrari?

Ferrari team leader, Michael Schumacher has apparently agreed a deal to stay with the Scuderia in 2007 and 2008, having signed a new

Ferrari has made major gains this past week with tyres, engine and aero package. Schumi and Ferrari will be formidable next weekend.

Except as a bargaining chip in his Ferrari negotiations.

It appears that Ferrari are going to announce Kimi signing for 2007 next weekend.
Just in after a wonderful 3-day weekend, and holy cow is there a lot of bandwidth on this very same subject...

I have actually never thought MS was about to retire, but I know my being a fan may have clouded my vision. With that being said I have wondered just who might be his teammate and I have not been thinking Massa as a long term addition to Ferrari. Kimi though would be a great addition to the team in my mind.

Major gains or not. They are not on par or even close to Maclaren this year....Time will tell how close they are.
