After seeing practice, qualifying and the race I would like to say I'm now with sadness going to change my mind. I'm afraid you are goiung to be right and the other teams are going to do a lot of compaining, thus your predicted outcome will become a reality.

It should be interesting to see what happens. The FIA made the initial rule, it is not the "fault" of STR, they are just playing out the hand they bought when they took over Minardi. I think the other teams are going to make a real stink about the reliability issue...
