That's cool Doug! Honda needs more great small and sporty cars and fewer trucks and minivans!

Life was good back in the old days for Honda when it was Civic, Accord, Prelude I have one or more of each

^ Totally agree on all parts, although I never owned a Prelude, but have always appreciated them.

I'm having a hard tome today keeping my mind on work... Look at this, this is awesome, the space, the look, the design, the perfect instrument cluster, this is the real deal!

Ah but will it really look anything at all like that by the time it gets built?

Mine is an '80 Prelude and it's not very sporty now but still a fun little car and you don't see many of them any more. It's HUGE compared to driving the S

I was going to ask in here if anyone else has watched Top Gear on BBC America?

It is a great car guy show... they always test a few fast sporty cars on their track, sometimes interview a celeb - which includes putting them into a crappy little car and making them drive the track (which is timed and their times are compared with other celebs during the interview) and they usually have a humorous story line as well...

Once the segment was "caravaning" which translates into RVing here in the US. They dragged an RV 300 miles to camp, backed into a building, then set their tent on fire. Once it was what to look for when buying a delivery van (yes they test drove 3 of them on track, one tipped over trying to elude the police car). Last night the show had the 3 regular guys working on road construction and laying tarmack... they thought they could do a better job than the regular construction guys and get it done quicker.

Point well taken, believe me. The only thing I can hold onto, is I hope if it is produced it will be as close tot he concept as the SSM was to the S2000, or the Civic Type R was to its concept.

1995 SSM

S2000

Civic R Concept

Civic Type-R

There is hope, it all depends upon Honda's ability to manage risk. As far as I'm concerned they need to start taking some again, so we don't keep getting such bland cars from them over here in NA.

Hey, I bought 4 wheels for $200 in total... FOR THE TITAN
The 7-spoke OEM Off Road wheels, I'm getting them powdercoated in the same dark grey I have on the CRX-SiR and the S2000

Check it out, all this for a total of $200 and about $65 in gas as I'll drive down to get them, northern PA, could not be much closer.

Tires are shot, wheels are in great shape.

I'm going to powdercoat them my shade of dark grey, so the whole famly will match.
