Dennis Fired ? ?
A Ferrari employee gives a Mac employee data and somehow Dennis is to blame how ? Mac was kicking their butt despite the in-fighting between Fred and the Boy before "their data was oops leaked".
If he leaves the team it's more tied to his divorce than a bunch of Italians looking at Ron's house. The Italians spent 10 years farting around with their investigation of the Senna accident and found nothing.
Any of you ever visit the Ferrari factory, hurry up and wait while they run around acting like their doing something. Team FIAT has the FIA money a huge budget 2 good drivers so it stands to reason they will be strong, but not long ago they were the Honda of F1 soon they will be again . It's all about cycles.

I will admit the first wrong was commited by a Ferrari employee, but it could have stopped there, but nooooooo, the McCheaters had to take the data, study it, share it, contemplate it, and then deny they even had it.
Trying to blame Ferrari for all of McLarens problems is like this. Man #1 sneaks into a Honda dealer's car lot late at night and steals a new Accord. The following day Man #1 gives the Accords to Man #2 who then decides to drive it for a while. Eventually it is discovered Man #2 is driving a stolen car. The case goes to court and the final decision is the Honda dealer if at fault for allowing a car to be stolen. Man #1 and Man #2 are released of all charges. OK- does that make and f'ing sense? No, it does not, the people at fault are Man #1 and Man #2.
Oh, and if Ronny Boy is as pure as the fresh fallen snow, why would news stories like this be coming out? Sure sopunds like he is guilty of covering stuff up to me, as in cheating.
F1 News: Police Confiscate Evidence From Ron Dennis' Home
Friday, February 29, 2008 - 06:40 AM
Italian police have contradicted reports that no useful evidence was collected in the raids on the British homes and office of senior McLaren chiefs earlier this week.
A statement issued by the authorities said the searches, believed to have involved the cooperation of up to fifty Surrey police officers, resulted in evidence from which "clearly emerges the responsibilities of the management and some technicians at a high level in McLaren".
It also emerges that the Italians took copies of a number of storage devices relating to the senior McLaren personnel, including Ron Dennis and Martin Whitmarsh, and copied computer directories and email mailboxes.
McLaren said after the raids on Wednesday that the police were "completely satisfied with the co-operation they have received.
"These actions are part of a normal judicial process in connection with the ongoing investigation, and are supported by McLaren Racing," the team added.

Ferrari were kicking McLaren's butt for years.
McLaren stole data from Ferrari.
Ferrari was kicking McLaren butt to start the '07 season.
McLaren used stolen Ferrari data against Ferrari to slow them down.
McLaren used stolen Ferrari data to develop their car.
Ferrari wins both champships on track despite McLaren cheating.
If that does not add up to leadership problems, what does it mean?
BTW - McLaren has admitted to this already, so no use in denying it.....

The Mac boys did not steal anything they were given the data by a Ferrari employee. With the millions of Euros at that level, damn straight the Mac boys looked at the data as would your saints at FIAT if the tables were turned. So your saying nobody cheats is F1 not even the saints in Modena? Check your history on that. Enzo was not a saint neither is that annoying little Frenchman. I'm not surprised that FIAT is proud of the title since they were also so proud of winning in dominant fashion at Indy not long ago against those 2 tough teams.
Team FIAT has favorite status with the Ferrari Intl. Assistance or FIA right now. Ask the great unwashed about F1 and most only know about Ferrari. So of course they are catered to.
Like I said before, life is good right know for them but not long ago they were a laughing stock or the Honda of F1. This cycle will soon pass too.
Lastly do you understand the development cycle of a F1 car? Most teams have a second set of engineers working on next years car far in advance. Are you naive enough to think they saw the data and said , well crap that's were we are slow. Let's just change this little doo hickey here and wow now we are fast like them Italians.
You do remember the huge points lead that Mac had in 07 and did you forget that Kimi kept whining about needing a miracle to win the title.
