As I read the regulations that wing is too wide and low. I suspect the teams are testing all sorts of things, so maybe Red Bull is testing KERS with the '08 body because they need to test KERS but don't have an '09 aero kit done yet.

Totally guessing, but I too saw the huge differences in car designs and was just wondering.
