Should be interesting to see how this affects the fuel loads that teams put on. Less time to burn off fuel before their "magic lap", so either we'll be seeing pit stops sooner in the race or we'll be seeing slower qual times. I don't expect this to change much of anything, unless there is some team that can burn off fuel way quicker than the other teams.

I do like that they allow you to complete a lap you have started before time runs out. Makes it a bit easier to time your quick lap, IMO.

I read somewhere that this change is to make F1 more environmentally friendly by burning less fuel.

Yea, right.

Definite improvement. Too many laps and potential position swaps have been ruined by the clock running out in the first two sessions and 5 less minutes of parade laps is fine with me.

I don't know. I've thought several times that the most exciting part of F1 has been Q3. The strategy that goes on is exciting and the driving can be cutthroat.

I'm not sure I'd appreciate 5 less minutes of that.

I like this change. It was far too long.

They should lengthen the first 2 periods and make the last one only 10 minutes...

would allow for more blocking and the time to get the hot lap in after being blocked.

FIA also eliminating third cars for next year for the top 4 teams.
I think I'm reading this correctly.
