Plus I don't think I've ever met a person who rooted for Jensen Button before this year, or practically even heard of him.
Seriously

Nope, but I don't see why a Honda fan would vote for Brawn since he was only with Honda for a year and basically took their money and ran when they gave up. Were you rooting for him when he and Schumacher and Ferrari dominated the world championship for several years? Please answer honestly. As for Button, I can only think of a couple other 2009 drivers less worthy of a world championship, and I think that's been made perfectly clear throughout his 9-year F1 career. Give him another 2008 Honda and he will cease to exist. I'm only stating the obvious.

honestly, Jenson has been my favorite driver since i started watching F1...and honestly, i only started watching it about the time Jenson joined BAR Honda. i don't look at Brawn as the Honda team. i root for them, mainly because i root for Button, but also because i think it's cool that they weren't given a shot in hell, and now their destroying everyone. then again, if Rubens won a race, i wouldn't give a shit. i agree that JB was nearly down and out if Brawn hadn't turned the ship around.

i dont know why you just try to bash JB in every thread.. ok we get you, you dont like Button and you think that he is just another bad driver.

but guess what, there are people who are huge fans of button from long time ago, and some who jumped on the bandwagon by the season start, and some missed the bandwagon and are living in denial. i think you are of the latter group

PS:
"Denial is a defense mechanism postulated by Sigmund Freud, in which a person is faced with a fact that is too uncomfortable to accept and rejects it instead, insisting that it is not true despite what may be overwhelming evidence."

Nobody could have made the 2008 Honda competitive. Not a very good point.

Can't we just stop all the hating and enjoy the current season?

we are about to see the 2010 final team shuffle. it may be that team toyota exits without a win and returns as an engine supplier for 2010. also team renault may bow out for 2010 helping the company to save money. not sure how many cars they sold due to winning wc.

BGP is just being a bunch of whining divas. They can't grab headlines with a winning car so they grab headlines like they are now.
Fixed it for you...

Same reason people continually bash Ferrari...or did you not notice that?
