Thumbs down Grand-AM Exclusive.

Friends racing in Koni challenge this weekend at New Jersey. Called me a few hours ago...

Scott Pruett split the DP in half!

A car went off at the last turn, coming back on hit Scott Pruett; spinning him and causing the car to t-bone the pit wall. The car was split in half, w/ the cockpit in pit lane and the engine and trany on the front straight. He was nocked unconscious and airlifted to the hospital. He's suppose to be OK but of course sore as hell. The dry sump went flying and hit a fence halfway down pit lane, leaving a 9 ft. dent.

they canceled the rest of the days practices for other series.

hope theres video of this.

Holy crap that must have been some impact. Hope he's ok to race this weekend, cause Gurney & Fogarty are right behind him in points.

^ Were you there in you S? I saw an 00-01 S2000 with "Charm City Racing" banner and hitch.

Great racing today. It was my first time at a Rolex race and was very impressed with everything. Best spot IMO was looking downstream at the bridge - watching come onto the front straight flat out How'd your day turn out?
