I think its BS.
When the new wind tunnel opened, Honda immediately moved up... granted not enough to beat Renault or Ferrari, but handily beat everyone else.

Seriously, Honda haven't a chance in hell of capturing the either 07 Championships. They MIGHT get another win or two, that's about it. A McLaren driver will be lucky to get 2nd. Me thinks it'll be another Ferrari/Renault show. That Heikki Kovalainen will be the season's revelation.
