Default JB's DIVINE Talent!

(GMM) Jenson Button has been 'touched by God'.

That's BAR-Honda 'sporting director' Gil de Ferran's portrayal of the 25-year-old driver.

De Ferran, a former IRL and Indy 500 winner, joined the Brackley based team in April and was reportedly instrumental in BAR's signing of countryman and friend Rubens Barrichello for next year.

But he said Englishman 'JB' also has the skills to not only win some grands prix, but become world champion: ''His skill is just remarkable.

''He's a driver like few I've seen before,'' Gil explained, ''with a fine touch and an amazing feeling for the car.''

He said: ''There's no question that he has the raw materials within him to achieve the ultimate success.''

Gil also welcomed the new 2006 'knockout' qualifying format, saying that it will demonstrate who is the fastest.

The Brazilian explained: ''At least we will (see that) during the first part ... when cars will run with low fuel.''

Ross Brawn was signed by Honda Racing F1 Nov 2007, and he began work on the 09 car as soon as he arrived at Honda.
Therefore the car was paid for by Honda as was anyone who touched the current Brawn Car, If you think that chassis is ANYTHING but Honda and you think the Mercedes motor is the reason Brawn GP is winning the I bet you think the carbon fiber chassis at Ducati is going to help CS beat Vale to the 09 MotoGP title. Sorry my friend you are wrong on BOTH!

You need to come to grips with reality. Honda left Brawn high and dry. They deserve no credit for any results this year.

At least I understand why people don't like you. Your fishing attempt with the Stoner comment was ridiculous. What exactly does that have to do with JB, Honda or F1. It's obvious you just like to stir crap up.

If leaving Brawn with amazing facilities and 200m is high and dry...I would love to be left high and dry like that. I would love it.

PS...who are you? 0 ppd....seems like you are the one that likes to stir crap. Just another moron for the ignore list. Have fun watching Hamilton take 4th place every race.

I'm a Brawn GP fan who used to be a Honda fan. Honda is gone, dead, finished. Them leaving F1 is/was/will be a joke.

Sorry I can't bring myself to post 10 times per day. I've been here for nearly 4 years. That's 1460 days. If I were to post 14600 times I would likely need to reassess my life.

I'll try harder.
