Renault deserves a top driver (not that Fisi is cat-food) and Kimi deserves a more reliable ride so that's my vote. Ferrari would also be fun for him but only if MS steps down.

 

I can't see Kimi and Schumie being "team mates." Plus, I don't think Ferrari could or should pay the price for both Kimi and Schumie.

No, I see Kimi becoming the number one driver for Renault and making a gigantic WAD of Euros. Renault HAS to have a a first rate driver to maintain their dominance. Kimi can name his price and Renault can pay it.
