Wow, WTF on the amateur Peugeot pit stop?
Audi had them beat in pit time last year, you'd think Peugeot would be beyond that kind of crap. 8+ miles of limping back to the pits with a blown tire shredding your car apart.... ouch.

Great site for live tracking plus Radio Lemans feed - http://thomasbaekdal.com/mini-sites/lemans2009/
Good job by Speed TV of putting the live stream on their website between TV coverage.
So far, lots of action in the first 7 hours. The lack of testing and racing due to company cutbacks has really exposed hidden problems for Audi and Peugot during the race. Too bad the 3rd team Audi R15 has needed a major rebuild and the 2nd team Audi R15 is out of the race after a big time crash.

Kitch et al. are getting some decent exposure on Speed. Obviously they would like to win, but they never expect it. Mainly they just want to keep running, to keep their charity cause (Children's Hospital, in Seattle) in the spotlight.
They did finish 1-2 in class at Daytona one year.

Team Seattle finished 9th in class and 30th overall. Pretty good for a team of all LeMans rookies. Their fastest lap was about 4 seconds slower than any of the other teams, but they just kept turning them and finished relatively high. Often a good strategy for endurance racing.
Yeah, they did very well, for being all rookies. I think they got a lot of exposure because of Dempsey, but they also had a great cause. I think that with how they did, they will be invited back to Le Mans next year.
Although the first 12 hours were much more exciting than the last 12, it was a great race and I'm glad Peugot won, they did their homework with the car and driver selection (not too mention having the best looking car on the grid!) Aston Martin had a great run with their new gas P1 car, I hope their cars come back next year. Corvette cleaning their car for the photo op? What's up with that crap? Their cars ran a hell of race though. My personal highlight of the race: Having Radio Lemans answer my question live on the air!

As an aside, I'd love to see more major manufacturers fielding cars in the Lemans and ALMS (Honda, Ford, Toyota (LMP1 in 2010?), Mercedes, BMW
)
