Hey Mark, I know your a loyal Honda F1 fan, and I would kill for the oppurtunity you have. Congrads.
However, can you wear Honda F1 racing Team kit while you are in the McLaren Camp??
If you need to borrow any TRUE< AUTHENTIC, not for sale BUT REAL Team Kit, let me know.
I will hand deliver to Montreal for one of those passes!!!
Trust me, my assortment rivals a Team Member!!!

Yes, silly, and you could all call me a whore for an entire year, you bet your asss I would suck it up and go and even be nice. But trust me, I would for sure put everything up for sale on ebay as soon as I got home...
Doug, the ONLY reason you would say yes was the "endless booze"!!
If Mark would have left those 2 key words out, you would have stuck to your guns!!!

Well, I am gonna call you out.
It seems that one fellow cannot make it for Friday. So (and I am totally serious here), you are invited to join us Friday in the McLaren Suite...no charge. All you have to cover is your travel and accommodations. You are on your own for Sat and Sun though.

This is not a joke!!
I apprecaite the offer, really, but I decline.
F1 in Canada is the same weekend as my Grand Am weekend at Watkins Glen.
I will not debate the superiority of the F1 show over the Grand Am show, but the Grand Am is not only a race weekend, it is like a famly weekend. I have been with this same bunch of guys and gals for years, they are the kinds of distant friends you see once or twice a year and exchange christmas cards and emails. We have an entire compound established, right down to the hot shower hanging from the tree. I just cannot miss my Watkins Glen Grand Am weekend.
I really appreciate the offer, but I'm sure you will find another happy taker, enjoy!
