Hi all, I've just created a proposal over on Area 51 (the proving grounds where all new StackExchange sites are proposed and tested) for a motor racing themed StackExchange. For those of you who aren't familiar with the SE network of sites, they're Q&A sites that are free and focus on questions and their answers (no discussion, subjective questions, etc.)

The proposal was just created, so it needs your help to be flushed out. Things like defining the scope (who is it for? Racing drivers? Pit crews? Viewers, etc.), and coming up with some example questions.
