I really enjoy my current version, I still play it to this day. I think I'm in my 4th season.

It would be cool though if they build some kind of storyline into a career session in the next game maybe.

codemasters?!! just in case there's anyone else here that grew up in the NES days, remember these guys are the ones that didn't have an official NES license (had weird cartridges) and came out with crappy games like micro machines and the quattro 4-1 games.

i hope they've improved their game design/development since then. otherwise i don't see how a name like F1 would choose a company like codemasters to produce a game over sony?? maybe they just care about the money...

 

The world has changed since 1989. The wall came down in Berlin and Codemasters stopped making glitched game carts for the NES.

In all seriousness they've developed the TOCA series, Colin McRae Rally, Dirt and Grip. So I'd say they got a handle on making racing games.
