Bernie has said he is more interested in providing widescreen before he moves onto HD. Yes, TSN HD offers widescreen with improved definition, but still no HD. Maybe next year.

Yes, indeed I can't wait.

Teams are scheduled to test in mid November, so there will be some action soon but not on tv of course.

does anyone know where we can pick up testing footages on the net?

i can't imagine living without F1 for 4 months!

DirecTV is going to offer 70 new HD channels, one of which is Speed Channel HD. No date set.

Not sure, I would like to know myself. I don't think they even show testing on tv in Europe but I could be wrong. I know in Europe they show all 3 practices and of course quali and race during a GP weekend.

Hopefully someone else knows more.
