Am I missing something?
I'm with DirecTV, a service I'm happy with and not going to be changing for anytime soon...
Although I was thrilled with the take over of F1 coverage by NBC Sport (220), I'm saddened by the going away of SPEED as they used to show a lot of great stuff during the winter months, British Touring Car especially missed
I have found CBSSN (221) but not much more
Is there a DirecTV channel out there that broadcast lots of auto racing that I don't know of?
Thanks in advance, it's winter, and I'm missing my sport

The winter months are full of football so for Fox Sports it a no brainer to air football progaming rather than racing. Speed Channel was playing alot of bang for the buck programing in the last few years. There was alot of cheap panel disscusion programs and support programs for the comming NASCAR races. Im crossing my fingers for Fox Sports to turn off enough viewers that another channel or a new channel can do some forward thinking and show more diverse racing. One of the local channels here in South Florida shows ALMS Prototype Lites races and re runs them, which i would rather have going on in the living room than anything else on tv. Anyone remember the first year of ESPN? In the middle of the night you might see a frog jumping contest ha ha. Icelandic nitro hillclimb is my late night frog jumping contest and the kind of thing that should be all over a proper racing channel.

A few weeks ago I was watching some British super bike racing on an American broadcast of Motorstv, but I can't remember which directv channel it was on
It was either 220, 221, or Esquire or Velocity?? I think they show some other stuff too like Dakar, rally...
EditIt was on Eurosport TV being shown on Velocity 281
