How can they expect to improve if they are always starting over with new people???
AUGUST 6, 2007 - More changes at Honda
Honda Racing F1 was hoping to be able to settle down now that a new design team has been put together but our sources in Brackley have confirmed that a number of key engineers are in the process of leaving the team to move to Red Bull Racing where Honda's former technical director Geoff Willis is now putting together the people he wants around him. The major player believed to be on the move is Honda's deputy technical director Gary Savage, a former McLaren engineer who looks after all of Honda's F1 production. There are expected to be others as well and we hear that the team's head of composite production has already resigned.
There have also been changes at Red Bull to make way for the newcomers.
Honda will thus need to go back to the market to find new people.

I'm surprised they don't just withdraw from F1 or just leave Super Aguri as their sole representation. Honda's Hungarian performance was miserable.

The way Honda is performing, this is a good thing ... let the people that got them into this mess go screw up another team, and start over from scratch.
When you finish behind Spyker, you've nowhere to go but up.

Sounds like the team morale isn't that great either..
It's amazing how in just 2 years, the team has taken an absolute nose dive... Rubens left Ferrari thinking he had a chance at World Championship with Honda... now he has to be wondering if that was the right decision. (not saying that he had a shot at world championship regardless).. but still~
yes they can get worse and 2008 may prove it. The tables have turned and unfortunately, they are going down the route Toyota F1 took years back with their lack of management, guidance coming from cologne and japan and not being able to have one person take a stand on any matter. Lot of staff turn over, distance growing from Japan may well see them a complete backmarker for 2008.
David Richards (Pro Drive w/ Mclaren Meredes power) must be sitting laughing now. I think Honda desperately need a person like Richards to assume the helm and pull the team back on track.
I took a lot of shelling being a Toyota fan, (you know that Triple-H) but I can finally say, Toyota-F1 are finally making strides and I know to most its hard to believe but Toyota-F1 are Japan's no. 1 team with 12 points !!!
Toyota F1 - 12 pts
Super Aguri 4 pts
Honda F1 - 1 pts
