FA really knows how to motivate the team. What an ass.

I want to like him. His driving has sustained laps of brilliance. And how can you not like the risks he takes to warm up his tires? But he needs to man-up -- not only talk like a team player but also not pout so obviously when things don't go his way.

Well, that's debatable - chicken or egg?

Back on topic - ITV and Autosport still haven't picked up the story yet. Hmmm....

Marco has this unique ability to really grasp how long a project will take to complete. For example, if he ever says "Oh Shane that will be easy, we can do that in 15 minutes" I would suggest you plan a few hours to get the task done...

This is the difference between MS Vs. FA and KR. FA and KR need a good team to start with while MS can start with a a weak team and motivate key players to come join his effort.

Btw, I am not a MS fan but do think he has great managerial skills and is a great tactician.

Thanks Nabeel, it was damn scary at first, but some of the fear is going away. I will admit, the red and yellow together look just plain great. I'm thinking of painting those white wheels to silver this winter.

Exactly Dave!

His comments are what I call Diarrhea-of-the-mouth, he just opens up and the worst shit comes flying right out...

And other drivers who have had this characteristic off the top of my head
- Eddie Irvine- got fired from Ferrari
- Michael Andretti- he lasted a long time in F1
- Jacques Villeneuve- look where his career has gone
- Juan Pablo Montoya- look where his career has gone
