Apologies for not checking this before, been a little busy. Took the car out for a drive on Ortega highway yesterday, what an amazing drive that road is when it's empty

For me the passenger floorboard took maybe 4-5 hours of actual work, although now that I understand how everything comes apart I could probably do the driver's side in less time. The most time intensive thing is laying down the matting, and that all depends on how methodical you are about making sure it is perfectly layered and covering everything or not. I was nervous that if I put too much in some areas the carpet wouldn't go back on top easily, but I found when reinstalling it that you could have probably 4 or more layers on there and still be fine as far as that goes.

You'll need an exacto knife of some sort for cutting the mats and a small roller is helpful although not necessary as you can knead the matting down with your fingers pretty easily and it sticks very, very well.

I love Laguna Niguel, haven't visited in about 3 years. My grandma used to live off one of those streets that comes out of clubhouse drive(cant remember which one.. calle something) before she passed away, lots of good memories there!
I'm running the Toda as well but I'd like to get an Evans E-Tune soon. I feel like the Toda tune has a "flat spot" in power between maybe 4500 and 5800 or so, although it could be that the stock header is tuned for a bump in torque at 6000 rather than the 4100 VTEC engagement of the Toda tune. My datalogs show that the Toda tune runs pretty rich in VTEC though so I need to get it tuned eventually.

Laguna Niguel is great, I live about 2 minutes from Clubhouse

In gear I didn't really notice a difference, if there is a difference in acceleration then it is too small to note. However, the revs climb and drop much, much faster when out of gear or with the clutch in. Shifting at redline can thus be done much more quickly without jerking the car forward and the car just feels much more motorcycle-like and revvy like it should be. Driving around town is pretty much just as easy as stock for me, only difference is if you shift slowly you need to blip the throttle a bit between each gear to keep the revs up for the next gear.

I'm likely gonna get a t1r 70mm header back soon here so gonna tune it after that. I've been pretty happy with the Toda tune for now though. It'll be easier to tinker more with everything this summer when I'm not in college.

I remember now, she lived on calle barbosa. I miss going down there man, I was gonna see if you were one of her neighbors I used to play with when I was a kid, woulda been crazy.

Don't have any pictures yet because I'm kinda embarrassed about the way it looks with the AP2 bumper Once I get an AP1 bumper w/ exhaust cap I'm gonna do a photoshoot. Plus I'm a little busy right now with AP tests and figuring out how to ask my girl to prom

I am interested in the Shine bumper but have a few doubts about its fitment. Do you have any closer pictures of the headlight area? And did your body shop put in extra work to make it fit? Thanks in advance!
