Put the insurance back on last weekend and took it for a spin. Got a set of Michelin PSS for the Weds SA-55M 18x8.5 +50 for the street.

Fitted the hardtop. Not totally satisfied with it. Driver's side front is perfect but the rear sits high. Passenger side front hangs too low but the rear is perfect. I fiddled around with it for about two hours and couldn't get it perfect. The window will rub on the hardtop on the passenger side as well if you shut the door with the window up. There's a gap on the driver's window that's not sealing as well so I get wind noise in the cabin while driving. Didn't get any squeaking initially but it started when I pulled into my garage. I've got to pull it back off to install the rollbar so I'll try again.

Love the the look of it and the visibility out the rear is great. I've got a convex rear view mirror and the rear window is still wider than the view.

Also gutted the soft top. Thought it was gonna be quick. Probably took me like 2 hours to finally get it out.

What latches are you using? Every rep hardtop I've messed with has fit better with 2-piece OEM style latches. They're also much easier to install with a second person helping.

You can take your door panels off and adjust the windows up and down to clear the sides of the top. I had to adjust my passenger side ever so slightly to clear my Mugen rep (not Rockstar). Still seals fine on the convertible top.

OEM front latches and RSG 2-piece rears. Thanks for the tip on the door panels. I'll give it a shot.

Installed the rollbar and 6pt harness yesterday. Still have to do the passenger side. Cutting into the wheel wells was a pain but didn't actually take that long. Used a cordless oscillating tool with a metal attachment. Still deciding how much of the interior I want to try and fit back in.

They were 18 x 8.5 +50 running 245/35/18 tires. No they didn't rub with rolled fenders and rear tab relocated. -2.4F and -2.5R camber.

norm what seat base did you use ? Also did you use sliders under your seat brackets or just brackets to the seat base?
