Scion Cement Grey, 1H5 is the paint code.

If it's a three-point OEM belt, which that looks to be, don't route it through the shoulder harness loops - not safe. You can route the lap belt portion through the lap hoops, but not good for the shoulders.
Only use the shoulder hoops for actual harnesses.
