Yahello! This is probably more of a photo journal than a build thread for Luna, my 2006 Laguna Blue Pearl S2000. You guys may know of my previous S2000, Selena. I have owned my previous S2000 for 8 years, most of it's life it was my daily as well. Ever since I have owned my Silverstone, I have always coveted owning a Laguna Blue Pearl S2000 as it is my favorite color for the S2000 (yes, that includes all the international colors as well).

The build behind Luna will be similar to my old S2000, Selena, but a more subtle and OEM ++. The car is mainly a streetcar with occasional track use.

I have photoshopped the end goal of my build. Yes, it will be more of a street car than a track car. I still plan on going to the track occasionally, just like how I did with my other S2000.

 

First up, new suspension! Technically this is a downgrade from what was currently in the car. The car had JRZ RS Pro with Eibach springs (12k front and rear). But I really had no need for that kind of suspension, as much as I wanted to keep it, it didn't make sense. So I decided to get another set of Ohlins DFV with Swift springs (12k front and 10k rear).

I believe that is David P's old ride. Congrats on the pickup! Also, are both greddy exhausts in this picture mounted using ap2 exhaust hangars? id be interested to know which position they are in or if one is on ap1 hangars or not, thanks.

How the car currently sits. Sold the OEM Trackspec vented hood and purchased a used NFR hood and also threw on the Legalo front for fun.

Both exhausts are using AP1 hangers, but there is a torn hanger on the Laguna, which is making it sit crooked.
