Wheels and tires that still don't fit? I fixed your quote. I'll admit that the body work is looking well done though.

Now that I look a bit more it is a bit too slammed with too much camber, but it seems with how wide he is going he will be able to bring back the wheels a bit. We'll see, but I stand corrected... in its current form its not functional

The majority of S2K's on this site are modified in some way, and I don't think he was saying, "hey your stock car was really nice, why'd you change it?". He simply asked a question.

As far as hardass goes that would be your assumption, and that statement says more about you than it does him.

I track EVERYTHING I get damn near. Doesn't make me a hardass, just a guy that likes to go fast and have fun.

I don't know about this. It takes both types. You have to have guys that push the envelope, if you didn't you wouldn't have a Chip Foose, Steve Saleen, or Carrol Shelby.
On the other side of the equation stock cars maintain their value and escalate the older they get. You shouldn't hold it against people that they would like to see a car they are fond of or have a personal relationship with be maintained a certain way. The difference between the two is something like this. Every man thinks his wife or girlfriend is special, but there are a slew of guys that just see her as an object and would treat her as such. The relationship guy is like how could you treat her that way? The non relationship guy is like, meh whatever there are others.

It looks like the body work is being done properly and it should look sick when Its done, I really want to know how your doing that rear valance, it should look bad ass. that being said, definitely not my cup of tea. I drive my car too hard way to much to be slammed like that. All the power and engine mods, and being that low confuse me a bit though, so do you have any specific plans for the power? or will it just be a show car?

This car is not becoming more of a collector car... It's becoming more like the new civic, everyone is getting one. Do what you want to it, it's your car! I think it's pretty good.

lol shows how much you know about me and how much of a mistake it is to make assumptions about someone over the web with out meeting them or knowing their history.

my point isnt to bash, but its like this.. it seems if someone "tracks" their car that makes them God and they can cast judgement on anything that isnt what they do. weather it be functional to their liking or not.

i have tons of friends that track, and they never brag about it or throw it around like wearing a black belt. they understand people like trends, and some dont have any interest in tracking their car.

its simple. let people be. btw.. ive own several functional fast cars and enjoy to go fast, i have only tracked a 1/4 mile runs, never a real track. ive never built a car like the OP'S but i have/do body work and i appreciate the time that he has put into it.

i like to see a variety of styles, and for people to express their unique style through mediums such as cars. its called freedom to do so.

If only our cars were held to the same code as our people.

Cruel and unusual punishment is a phrase describing criminal punishment which is considered unacceptable due to the suffering or humiliation it inflicts on the condemned person. 8th amendment.

Still waiting to see if the wheels tuck into those huge fenders when it's on the ground before I can make a decision on the car. No point in doing all this work to have tires that don't fit or even worse..a slight poke.
