Comptech Ice box. One of the earlier generation. The filter is old and pretty bad, you should get a replacement one. You can get this from CT Engineering for $49.
The lid has some scratches. Pictures shows everything included. Hose clamps are not in the picture but it is included. Asking price is $180.

Wow, this is a very good price. I wonder if that filter can be cleaned and reused. Always liked the foam filters better than the K&N ones.

New update. I just purchased the new filter from CT Engineering. So it will comes with new filter and CARB cert.
New price with filter and CARB cert is $230. I can't change the sub-title or I would have edit the original post.
