the difference is the sizing of the piping.

also thats the best cash offer. im not in a rush to sell right now either.

so....i just installed this exhaust 200 miles ago or so. LOVE IT.

my review:

I came from spoon, which we all know is notoriously LOUD!!! This exhaust weighs something like 7 pounds or so and is EXTREMELY light, and very very good looking. It sounds like a very small hum on the inside, until VTEC. Then it starts to roar. From the outside, it has a nice, non-ricey, medium deep hum. I recommend this exhaust
