Not sure what you mean by this - however to mount this bumper properly, you have to remove the left & right rear bumper plastic supports on the car.

Also, as per the CF exhaust diffuser that is cracked, he's right - you cant really see it, nor does it matter much. You can actually remove this CF piece & replace it with the dual exhaust version or just run without it like I did

I am asking If the bumper screws have been relocated. People trim their bumpers/relocate the screws to fit wider wheels/tires.

Gotcha, I had to do that when I ran that bumper, along with shaving the inside of the fender area of the bumper (17x9+35 with 255/40) - both really easy to do with no adverse affects. If youre really curious, you could have a look at idashx's rear ASM bumper; I sold it to him.

the inside of my bumper was trimmed and the tab was relocated.

but, the bumper has just been sold to a local!
