What type of dyno was the 1st dyno on?
ZX10r's are making 160+/- stock, I thought the zx14r was 200hp->15% drivetrain loss or 170whp on average. Not like it matters, you can't keep the front end down on a 10r long enough to use the power in the first few gears. I'm looking at picking up a 04/05 zx10r to try kawasaki's newer bikes out. That 14 looks great, I'm still considering picking up a zx12r for road trips.

the 1st run was using the map provided by the shop where i bought the pcIII and exhaust. the air fuel was messed up, and i had lots of back firing when downshifting.
the 2nd run was done with the custom map. now thing thing runs smooth like butter.

I liked the zx14 when I first heard about it and saw pictures but then I sat on one at a motorcycle show here in Seattle and it felt... cheap.
Don't get me wrong, I still think it looks great and maybe they've worked out some of their design flaws (the one I sat on when you turned the bars all the way to one side (can't remember which side) a cable would hit the inside of the windshield).
Good job on the power output though.
