please keep us informed ASAP if you are dropping out due to health/safety concerns. We need to keep an accurate count.
The Staff and I still plan to put on the event, however, we are now operating with a skeleton crew of tour guides and staff. This is why it is important to keep an accurate headcount. Cancelling the event is the absolute last resort and is not what we want to do, but it could potentially happen. So again, if you plan on not attending please post ASAP.

As of right now I am still planning to come, but due to Covid-19 concerns I regret that I will not be participating in any group get together. I would be along for the drive or any outdoor group meetings where we can observe the recommended 6 foot separation, but no group meals or indoor hang outs in the close quarters of a bar/restaurant situation. Obviously no hand shaking and such either. Sorry to be a wet blanket, but my health and my family's health is much more important to me than a little social discomfort.
If these considerations are not acceptable please let me know and I can stay home.

Please remove Vikram +1 - 2019 Audi S4 from the Texas list as he cannot get off from work.
I am still very excited about doing the BMT.
