you should have said that everything is from factory. Ofcourse evo comes with turbo. It's not like the cops would know if it's factory or not. I'm sorry to hear what happened.

he asked if i have the carb sticker on my manifold i was like i dont know
i told him that i only have the manifold and the intake
didnt tell the turbo

Sorry dude, there are a lot more cops than before, they give out more tickets every day. I got 2 tickets within 3 months as well. Got to be alert when you drive. Sucks to be in a bad economy...
