2011 Auto X Thread
I gotta get as many rides as i can again! lmk who's gonna be ok with a passenger, fellas...
YEP, I was just about to double check if AAS was the one where I could see the cones better. I gotta be selective about the autoX events I go to now that I'm back on a student's budget.

So for those of you that havent run with AAS or its been a while, heres the low down on the show down...
$40 entry fee. No special license required.
5 runs usually, but if course is long or high attendance count, it could be 4. Dont bitch, its worth it.
STR runs 3rd, works 4th. if you cut out early, "I WILL HAVE YOU BLACK LISTED". As long as you show up by 11am, you should be good to go. Afternoon run groups usually dont start before 1pm. If you show up by 11am, you should be there with plenty of time
to clean out your car and get ready. There are a lot of people that trailer their cars there, DON'T PARK BEHIND A TRAILER!!!
Feel free to ask me for a ride, points race is over for me, so its all just for fun. I'll probably be driving multiple cars this weekend and having multiple people drive my car. Dont be afraid to ask questions, don't be afraid to ask someone out of the blue for a ride in their car. Want a ride in GT3, ask. Want a ride in a 500hp RX-7 (red with big wing), ask. There are some bad ass cars and bad ass drivers that go to AAS. There is a wealth of knowledge at AAS events. Many multi time national champions run with AAS, there is a reason why.
