Anyone know of any nice apartments with private garages (for the S2000 and other storage needs) in the south bay (Palo Alto, San Mateo, Sunnyvale, Fremont, etc. area)?

it's hard to find. i tried. but then again i'm lazy. how much are you looking to pay? there were some places in san mateo, but it was a bit pricy for me.

 

Check out the Crossings in Milpitas. I know someone who use to live there. It's $30-$40 extra per month for a private detached garage. Good luck!

 

Most newer apartment complexes in Silicon Valley (Santa Clara, San Jose) have gated parking garages. Most are also a gated complexes

Mine does, Gardens of Fontain Bleu. I really like mine, $1050 for a 1000 sq ft place, trilevel with it's own 1 car garage

My older sister lives in Fremont... I forgot what apt complex it is, but it's really nice with one car garage, too. Nice place... I'll try to get the name and specs for you.

 

yes, unfortunately it's kind of hard to search for "private garage"....these sites tend to think private garage == underground garage == carport == covered parking
