I'd get a car cover. Problem solved. I have a neighborhood cat who sneaks onto my hood at night. I'd like to know about this scent thing. So far the car cover works fine.

i had that same problem on my audi. one day i was lucky enough to see it. they must think that there's another bird in the mirror so they hit it with their beaks.

I wouldn't use a real sock... since it would probably mess up the angle of the mirror trying to put it on

go to a pet store and buy a hawk or vulture. that'll get rid of those pesky little birds
